*Consult your homeopathic doctor for information.
Back Aches & Pain
For a Compress, find some gauze or a clean piece of fabric. Dilute/mix Eucalyptus (if daytime) or Benzoin Essential Oil* with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed Oil; add to the fabric. Press and hold.
A Soothing Bath is another option. Try a good quality Lavender or Roman Chamomile Essential Oil* diluted and mixed with a carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil before adding to bath water.
*Adults: 5 E.O. drops max per 15ml carrier oil. Consult your holistic health practitioner for contraindications.
Letting Go, Moving Forward
Our back can be associated with our past ~ if you’re living there, remembering a time of great happiness or ambitions not realized, try Honeysuckle Bach Flower Remedy.
For Strength & Vitality
The back also represents what we carry ~ if you feel you have insufficient physical/emotional strength to carry the burdens of life (or daily affairs, though you often succeed), try Hornbeam Bach Flower Remedy.
Musculo-skeletal Juice
From Herbalist Peter Laker, blend: half a carrot, half a celery stalk, a wedge of apple, and a little parsley. Yum!
